Cookies and ad measurement (Google Ads)
To measure the effectiveness of our advertising we use Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Dublin 4, Ireland). It may store cookies (e.g. IDE, _gcl_au, _gcl_aw) and process data such as the GCLID from ad clicks, pages visited and completed actions (conversions). The data contains pseudonymous identifiers and information about your device and browser; we do not collect sensitive data, and your contact details from forms are never shared with advertising.
Purposes of processing
Ad measurement: counting ad clicks and impressions, verifying that a visit came from our campaign, measuring conversions (e.g. a consultation booking) and optimising advertising campaigns. Ad clicks and impressions are counted regardless of your consent; on-site measurement after consent additionally enables campaign evaluation and improvement.
Consent and withdrawal
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, on-site ad measurement only starts after you accept it in the banner. You may withdraw or change your consent at any time using the “Cookies” link in the website footer. Withdrawal applies immediately to further measurement. You can also opt out in Google's Ads Settings or via www.youronlinechoices.com.
Retention and sharing
Advertising-cookie data is processed by Google under its privacy policy and standard contractual clauses. We do not sell personal data to third parties and do not use it for purposes other than those listed above.
